1)      All paintings listed in D&L Gallery are hand painted and designed by D&L professional artists, they are all gallery wrapped over a 4.8-5CM thickness stretcher bar and ready to hang on your wall, there is no minimums order quantity required for ordering and you could choose any gallery wrapped paintings you like and contact our customer service at service@chinaoilpaintingwholesale.com for a quote, please note shipping cost will be charged separately as there would be a big difference in shipping per the size you may order and the way you prefer to ship your order, either by courier, by air or by sea.

2)      All gallery wrapped paintings will be packaged with 4 paper plastic corners, shrink wrapped and well-packaged with cardboard to ensure your painting arrive in a good condition. See Images below for reference. For bulk order, if you have special packing instruction, such as marks on the carton, placement of company’s logo, etc, please email us the details when place the order.

     

3)      We have 2-4 recommended sizes listed at the bottom of the image, if you want to order a different size or develop your own customer image sections, please advise when place the order.

4)      Normally delivery day is 12-15 working days, however, bulk order over 500+ paintings may take another 10-20 days, and this will be confirmed when your order placed.

5)      We accept Paypal for small order amount, as soon as you confirm the order, we will send you invoice and the updated Paypal link to process the payment; for order amount over USD1500, we accept T/T via bank transfer.

6)      Our suggestion for ordering gallery wrapped paintings:

A.      Compared with shipping loose canvas orders by courier, gallery wrapped paintings’ shipping cost is higher as it is charged based on the volume weight of the package: Height(M)x Width(M)x Length(M), so we would suggest you order the size of gallery wrapped paintings no bigger than these sizes: 60x60CM/ 30X80CM for small order, as with the same shipping cost, you could find a local frame shop to frame/stretch your paintings and avoid the possibility of having your paintings damaged during the delivery.

B.      When your gallery wrapped paintings are delivered to you, please be sure to open the cardboard and check the paintings and sign the receipt only if the paintings are all in good conditions, if you find any gallery wrapped paintings are damaged, please do take notes when you sign the receipt and make comments immediately to the shipping company by leaving the damaged paintings where they are and in their original conditions. You could also take pictures of the damaged paintings and contact our customer service at service@chinaoilpaintingwholesale.com , at the same time we will ask for refund or compensation from the shipping company for you and get the replacement paintings shipped to you.

C.      For order volume weight, over 1CBM Height(M)x Width(M)x Length(M)= 1MX1MX1M, suggest to ship by sea.

D.      E-mail us the item number of the painting and size you interested, we will prepare the invoice for your approval. Please provide us more of your ordering info if you are planning to order more gallery wrapped paintings so that we could take volume discount into consideration when pricing your order.

E.      If you find no gallery wrapped paintings interested you, please go back to our normal loose canvas collections, there are over 17,000 images at our online gallery now, I am sure you will find one you like, if not, please let us know.
